Biography

Lisa Crosby moved to the High Desert in 1978.  She attended local schools:  Hesperia Junior High School, Victor Valle High School, and Victor Valley Colleeg.  She coached fencing and tennis at VVHS and tennis at VVC.  All four of her children graduated from high schools in the VVUHSD -- three from VVHS and one from University Preparatory.  She has been a substitute teacher since the 1990's.  All four of her children have gone to college where two have graduated, one is a senior and one is a junion.

Political Philosophy

Lisa’s philosophy is one of service.  She is committed to education and the students and families in the High Desert.  She has worked to improve the lives of the students attending the VVUHSD schools as a parent, substitute teacher, and coach.  She is fiscally responsible with tax payers 'funds, willing and dedicated to make tough decisions to benefit students, and supports the teachers, counselors, and classified staff that work with our students.
