Rich Gill, has over 22 years of Miltary Experience. This brings a "Hands-on" learning experience that combines, Team Leadership, Strong Management, and a clear understanding of working with federal contracts that support a large base which is equal to some Cities. Received a BS degree in Entertainment Business which brings the ability to merge groups to focus on a single project to completion.  Created a Surf contest that involved a strong management team that brought 150+ contestants to compete for the distinction of being the best in their Category and Overall Champion. Rich also provides an honest version of the City Council Meeting videos at no cost to the residents that allows the Voters to watch an uncut beginning to end view of local information. 

Rich Gill feels that above all Transparency is the key to letting the city know what is happening good and bad and why changes or adjustments are made and the reason for those decisions. We as City Council have to be honest and understand that Voters choose their representatives to have the integrity to Identify, Adjust, and Fix problems that will ensure the Positive direction of the City.
