Political Beliefs
Political Philosophy
I am a proud, lifelong Democrat, committed to helping elect Democrats locally, state-wide and nationally.I believe in the Democratic Party and the ideals that it strives towards. From choice and reproductive freedom; to civil rights and liberties; to concern for those less fortunate; to being a beacon to the world for liberty and freedom and supporting those fighting for their own freedom; to fighting against voter suppression anywhere in the United States; to supporting Social Security, Medicare, and Obamacare -- all of which were Democratic initiatives enacted over bitter opposition by Republican lawmakers; to supporting gay rights and respecting all families, whatever their makeup; I support the Democratic Party's platform and I try to realize those aspirations right here in Pasadena.
